The service provided is spectacular and very attentive. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Marina with shops and restaurants. The dining experience is friendly and attentive with some room for improvement. Overall, great value for money with a few minor downsides.
During our week stay at this hotel, we experienced some water issues that affected the rooms, including mold. However, the rooms were a nice size with a beautiful view, and they were somewhat near to each other. The service was absolutely incredible, with staff members like Eric and Giovanni going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and entertainment throughout our stay. The location was perfect, close to Playa del Carmen and within walking distance to Puerto Aventuras, making it ideal for exploring the area. While the dining experience had its highlights with great servers, the food options were occasionally unappetizing and lacked variety. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory and met our needs.
