My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though outdated in furniture and decor, were clean. However, the constant wet floors were a hassle. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, making my vacation special with personalized attention. The location offered interesting walks and bike rides, but there were noticeable maintenance issues. The dining experience was decent with various food themes each night. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.

The service provided is spectacular and very attentive. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Marina with shops and restaurants. The dining experience is friendly and attentive with some room for improvement. Overall, great value for money with a few minor downsides.

However, the rooms were a nice size with a beautiful view, and they were somewhat near to each other. The service was absolutely incredible, with staff members like Eric and Giovanni going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and entertainment throughout our stay. The location was perfect, close to Playa del Carmen and within walking distance to Puerto Aventuras, making it ideal for exploring the area. While the dining experience had its highlights with great servers, the food options were occasionally unappetizing and lacked variety. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory and met our needs.
